Processing time

Each rug is inspected and prepared with care before it leaves us. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

 

Shipping within the EU

Orders are shipped via tracked courier. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location; orders over EUR 500 ship free within the EU.

 

International shipping

We currently ship to most European countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us at info@dimarug.com and we'll do our best to help.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
